1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs/500 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs/500 pcs into 2 designs/types?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 100 pcs/ 500 pcs. We will manufacture 100 pcs/ 500 pcs of each design of each type.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 21 working days.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?

We are registered in GEBIZ and can isue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

2. I need help with my design. Can you help?

Yes, our in-house designers can help you design your custom bags. Please share your vision and idea to get started with great eye-catching designs.

About the Product

1. Can I opt for other material?

Yes, we can make Polyester, Teflon, and Nylon umbrellas other than Pongee.

2. What is the thickness of the material used for the umbrella?

The standard umbrellas are made with 190T pongee material. You can opt for thicker material- 210T as well.

3. Can I produce any color?

Yes, you can customize the color as you need it. Share the Pantone code and we will find the nearest match.

4. Do you have umbrellas with UV protection?

Yes, we have umbrellas with UV protection. Please write to us with your requirements and we will assist you further.

5. Do you also make kids’ umbrellas?

Yes, we can make kids’ umbrellas too.

6. What other elements can be customized?

You can customize the handle, framework, number of panels in the umbrella, and tips. The umbrella is fully customizable. The minimum order will vary depending on the type of customization required. You can write to us in the message box and our team will assist you accordingly.

7. Can I print the design inside the umbrella?

Yes, the design can be printed inside the umbrella too.
