1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for round balls is 100 pcs and 500 pcs for heart and cube shapes. The minimum order for custom shape is 1,000 pcs.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs / 500 pcs / 1000 pcs into 2 designs/types?

You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 100 pcs / 500 pcs /1000 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs / 500 pcs/ 1000 pcs of each design of each type

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?

We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

The standard size of the round stress ball and cube stress ball is 7cm and the heart shape is 6.5cm. You can customize the size. The minimum order quantity for custom size is 500 pcs.

Yes, the shape or size can be customized. The minimum order quantity for custom shapes is 1,000 pcs. The minimum order quantity for custom size is 500 pcs.

3. What is the material of the product?

The stress ball is made up of PU Foam material as they are lightweight, compressible with quick shape recovery, and cost-effective.

4. Can the stress ball be made using other materials?

The stress ball can be made using TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber). TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) is highly flexible and durable for frequent use, often textured for a comfortable squeeze and non-toxic. TPR costs more than PU Foam.
