General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 500 sheets of identical tissue paper designs.

2. Can I split my order of 500 sheets into 2 designs?

We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 250 sheets of each design. We will manufacture 500 sheets of each design.


Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

  1. Can you share some features of your custom printed tissue papers?

Sure! Here are some salient features of our custom printed tissue papers:

  1. Our tissue papers have high tensile strength as compared to normal paper. The higher the GSM, the thicker the tissue paper and the greater the tensile strength.

  2. The surface of our tissue paper has excellent uniformity and it feels silky and smooth to touch.

  3. Tissue papers are bubble-free and have good printability and transparency.

  4. It offers some moisture protection to your products.

2. Which size of tissue paper should I pick for packaging my product?

We offer the following sizes of tissue paper sheets:

Size 1: 30 X 30 cm-Perfect for wrapping jewellery, enamel pins, clips, etc.

Size 2: 50 X 70 cm-Most commonly used size. Ideal for wrapping garments and footwear.

Size 3: 70 X 100 cm-Ideal for wrapping woollens, photo frames, etc.

Custom Size: upto 155 X 200 cm

3. What does GSM mean? Which one should I pick for my product?

Tissue Paper is measured in grams per square metre (GSM). The higher the GSM, the heavier and thicker the paper.

17 GSM-Most economical option, average quality

24 GSM-Economical option, better quality

28 GSM-Premium look, used for high-end packaging

30 GSM-Luxurious look, used for premium packaging

4. I need custom printed tissue papers of more than 30 GSM. Can you help?
