General Questions

1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.

2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs/ type?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both type to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type.

Shipping and Orders

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 20 days.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Design

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

About the Product

1. What is the material of the frisbee?

Foldable frisbees feature lightweight 190T polyester material, while PE frisbees are crafted from sturdy polypropylene plastic for a stronger exterior.

2. What is the size of the disc?

PE Frisbee is 27cm in diameter and Foldable Frisbee is 25 cm in diameter.

3. How are they packed?

PE frisbees are packed in OPP bags. Foldable frisbee comes in pouches made from the frisbee fabric which is 190T polyester.

4. How many colors can I print?

You can print as many colors as you want.

5. Can foldable frisbee be made using thicker material?

Foldable frisbee can be made using thicker 210T polyester material. However thicker material is not advised because the frisbee needs to be kept lightweight making it easy to fold while thicker material is difficult to fold.
