1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs/types?
We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 500 pcs. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design of each type.

1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

1. What is the bag material?
The bags are made with 190T polyester fabric. It is a lightweight and durable fabric making the bag easy to fold and easy to carry anywhere.
2. Why the bag is made from 190T? Can I opt for a thicker material?
Since it is lightweight, it makes the folding easy. Thicker material is difficult to fold. Thus, we opt for 190T thickness. If you want thicker material, you can opt for thicker options too.
3. Does the bag have sleeves too?
Yes, the bag has sleeves too. Sleeves are attached to the bag.
4. What is the size of the product?
The size of the bag is 30cmX41cmX11cm. The sleeve size is 7cmX12cm. The size can be customized.
5. How many colors can I print?
You can print 1 or more than 1 color.
6. Can I customize the product color?
Yes, you can opt for custom colors. Share the Pantone code and we will find the nearest match or best match available to that color.
