General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical bag design for polyester bags and 1000 pcs of identical bag design for rip stop bags.
2. Can I split my order of 1000pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 500 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 1000 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 18 days.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

About Premium Ripstop Nylon Bag
1. What is ripstop nylon material?
Ripstop nylon is a fabric made using special reinforcing technique which makes it tear, rip and water resistant.
2. What is the size of the bag when open?
When open, the bag has the dimensions: 25 ½ " x 15 ½ " x 6 "
3. What is the size of bag when folded?
You can fold the bag into a flat 5” x 5 “ pouch
4. How much load can the bag carry?
The bag can hold up to 20kgs of load.
5. Can I wash the bag?
Yes, we recommend machine wash in cold water for the bags.
6. How long does the bag stay?
The bag is tear, rip and water-resistant. It can withstand multiple machine washes. You can take the bag to get your groceries, out to the beach, on a picnic, everywhere for a long time.
