1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 300 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 300 pcs into 2 designs/types?
You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 300 pcs in total. We will manufacture 300 pcs of each design of each type.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

Yes, neck pillows can be made in other fabrics too like velvet polyester, silk, soft short plush, and more. The minimum order quantity can increase depending on the fabric choice.
