Thickness
70gsm/80gsm/90gsm/100gsm/120gsm.
Thicker bags are more durable but are priced at a premium.
Lamination
100% BOPP polypropylene laminated fabric. Lamination is optional. You can select from matte/glossy option
Printing Colours
Silkscreen (1 color to 2 color), Heat Transfer (Full color). You can pick any base color for your non-woven bags

General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pcs of identical non-woven bag design.
2. Can I split my order of 500 pcs into 2 designs?
We cannot split the 2 designs to produce 250 pcs of each design. We will manufacture 500 pcs of each design.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3 to 3.5 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favoured method of payment, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in Gebiz?
Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.
Design
1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi)

1. What is a non-woven bag?
Non-woven bags can be made from fabric, Polypropylene (PP) (a kind of thermoplastic resin material produced by the polymerization of propylene), PET(polyester), and RPET (recycled PET). Our non-woven bags are made from PP which is a light-weight, moisture-proof, durable, and non-combustible material. These bags are reusable, thus making them eco-friendly.
2. How much load can the bag carry?
The carrying capacity of the bag is affected by the size of the bag and material thickness. For example, a 100 GSM and medium-sized bag can hold up to 6-10 kgs of load.
