1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 150 sets with brown kraft paper packaging. The minimum order quantity is 500 sets with fully customised printed packaging

2. Can I split my order of 150 / 500 sets into 2 designs/types?

We cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 150/500 sets. We will manufacture 150/500 sets of each design of each type.

1. What is your turnaround time?

After you confirm your design proofs, our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.

2. What is your payment method?

We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.

3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?

Yes, we are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?

We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

1. Can I customize the length of the colored pencils?

You can choose standard pencil lengths - 10cm and 18.5cm lengths. The minimum order quantity for customizing the length of colored pencils is 10,000 pcs for each color.

1. Do you have other color box sets apart from 6 and 12 color box sets?

Yes, we have 18 color box sets, 24 color box sets, and 36 color box sets. It is subject to availability.

3. Can I print color outer box instead of Brown Kraft Paper?

Yes, you can opt for printed paper packaging. The minimum order quantity is 500 sets.
