General Questions
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 500 pcs for printed sleep masks and 1,000 pcs for embroidered sleep masks.
2. Can I split my order of 500/1000 pcs into 2 designs/types?
You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 500/1000 pcs in total. We will manufacture 500/1000 pcs of each design of each type.
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your favored payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).
