1. What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs of identical design.
2. Can I split my order of 100 pcs into 2 designs/types?
You cannot split the 2 designs or mix both types to produce 100 pcs in total. We will manufacture 100 pcs of each design of each type
Shipping and Orders
1. What is your turnaround time?
After you confirm your design proofs, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.
2. What is your payment method?
We accept payment via debit card, credit card, PayPal, or direct bank transfer from any local bank in Singapore. After you confirm the order, let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the transfer details.
3. Are you a registered vendor in GEBIZ?
We are registered in GEBIZ and can issue an e-invoice from the GEBIZ portal.

1. What are the accepted file formats?
We accept the following file formats .AI, .PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS (with a minimum of 300 dpi).

Silver is one of the most popular colors. Other available colors are Rose gold, black, and gold. If you have another color requirement, share it with us for further assistance.
